Caruso Apartments Offer Perks–at a Price
The eight one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at Caruso’s Palisades Village will have private terraces and courtyards, as well as access to The Coast Lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness studio.
Located on the corner of Sunset and Swarthmore, the one-bedroom apartment is available for $16,000 a month (just $530 a night!), there are four two-bedroom apartments and the remaining three, three-bedroom units run $35,000 a month.
Several Circling the News friends received an invitation to join The Coast Lounge, which is reported to be the first of its kind at any Caruso property.
The space is described as “an exclusive hideaway for select guests and clients” and can be used for private fittings, and styling appointments, lunches and sunset cocktails, special celebrations, organizational and board meetings, panel discussions and corporate retreats.The maximum capacity for the lounge is 20 seated guests or 46 guests standing.
There is food and beverage catering for events, a full bar and concierge services. The second-floor space is available starting at $2,500.
If you are not renting a Caruso apartment, you must be a Caruso VIP member to access The Coast Lounge.
According to the promotion brochure, The Coast Lounge is available by appointment only, and of course, all guests will receive complimentary valet parking. There is no dress code, but “We do appreciate the classy and chic style that each of our Palisades clients brings to the property.”
