Clayton Kershaw’s Back-to-School Bash July 19

The Clayton Kershaw Family is hosting the bash with the Los Angeles Dodger Foundation.

Palisades Malibu YMCA Executive Director Jim Kirtley sent out this special invitation to the Clayton Kershaw Back to School Bash for Y families that were impacted by the January 7 Palisades Fire.

The event, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, at the Dream Center is designed specidically for Palisades-Malibu families who were impacted by the wildfire. The event is free.

The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation and the Clayton Kershaw family are hosting this annual event for kids (0-17 and  children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or adult caregiver). There will be resources, free groceries, backpacks filled with school supplies, outfits for participating children, haircuts, medical screenings, lunch and a free carnival with rides and activities

All attendees MUST ride the bus to and from the event. The charter bus (air conditioned) will depart from the Collins and Katz Family YMCA, 1466 S Westgate Ave; LA 90025, at 9:40 a.m. (loading begins at 9 a.m.) and will return by 1 p.m.
