Celebrating Scoop on the Loop with neighbors in 2023.
Members of the Grenola Loop, which includes Las Casas, Grenola, Baylor, Marquette and Pintoresca Streets are keeping a long-time tradition alive with Scoop on the Loop from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 14 at Douglas Park where community members have been meeting since January 7.
Those streets are south of Sunset and basically loop back to Sunset. There is no outside access to other areas of the coast or the Palisades.
Scoopers Susan Corwin and Michelle Hedrick said, “Please join us for the 27th Annual ‘Scoop On the Loop!’ Nothing can stop our community from rising up. We’re ready to celebrate and we need you all to join us!
“We created ‘Scoop On the Loop’ as a way of welcoming new neighbors & spending time with friends on the Loop. We always realized how important this was, and how much we loved doing it for all of you. Now more than ever, it’s time to come together.
