Chris Blanchard lost his home in the Palisades Fire and wants to rebuild and help his neighbors to be able to return to the community, too.
Two Marquez Knolls neighbors Hank Elder and Chris Blanchard are offering a Building Solutions Townhall from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Ronald Reagan American Legion Post 283, 15247 La Cruz. Elder and Blanchard both lost their homes in the Palisades Fire and are looking for solutions to bring their neighbors back home. “Let’s come together, meet vetted builders and participate in an actionable plan to get us all HOME,” they wrote.
The keynote speaker will be Dan Faina, President of Williams Rebuild. Following Faina, there will be a panel discussion with Jeffrey Sandorf, VP of Thomas James Homes, Steven Trudnowski, President of SGT Construction and Faina.
The panel will discuss home construction options ranging from custom, catalog, modular, complex foundation construction and fire hardening/suppression practices. They will answer questions from the community.
