Three community stalwarts passed away this past summer. CTN wishes there was an obit for each, because they were truly exceptional individuals. The trio not only made Pacific Palisades their home but also helped guide and shape the community. With their wisdom, they were often a source of information for this editor.
The three men, Conrad “Connie” Solum, Joe Aponte and Brian Shea were also Past Presidents of the Pacific Palisades Optimist Club.
It is with great fondness that we remember them, and with great sadness we mark their passing. Love and prayers go out to the families.
