Will Benefit When People Eat at The Draycott
Marissa Hermer, co-owner of The Draycott restaurant, wrote Circling the News, “I know you are all with me in that we can shape the future through our children and hopefully we are educating our children in ways where when they are faced with decisions on personal or national level, they will make the right ones.
“We are lucky to live where we live–where our children can get quality public educations–at public schools. But a lot of the programs that make our schools so special take our financial support and right now I feel a responsibility to do something.”
Hermer and husband Matt live in Pacific Palisades and have three young children. She said that the restaurant will give back 10 percent of sales to three local elementary schools on Mondays, May 20, June 3 and 10.
Canyon Elementary Night at The Draycott will be May 20. Palisades Elementary Night will be June 3 and Marquez Elementary Night will be June 10.
