The house at 430 Via de la Paz is under old business on the Civic League agenda.
The Pacific Palisades Civic League will meet via Zoom on Monday, September 27, at 7:30 p.m. because of the current stay-at-home, social distancing edicts. (The meetings are generally held the fourth Monday of each month.)
This is a perfect opportunity for Palisades residents to follow the Civic League process from home, by emailing office.ppcl@gmail.com for Zoom meeting information. The September agenda is packed with homes under consideration.
Eight homes are being considered under new business. Four are new two-story residences at 1043 Galloway, 901 Iliff, 835 Haverford and 837 Haverford. At 567 Tahquitz and 630 LasCasas, second-story additions are up for approval. At 575 Erskine, a remodel and addition are requested. At 520 Via de las Paz, an expansion to an existing second story will be reviewed.
Six homes will be addressed under old business and include: 16030 Northfield, 430 Via de la Paz, 15907 Asilomar, 600 Via de la Paz, 1106 Monument and 15228 De Pauw.
