Your Inbox
Email providers sometimes mistake our newsletter for spam. Follow these simple, up-to-date steps to make sure you never miss an issue.
Gmail (Web)
Best method: create a filter. Also clear spam and add us to Contacts for extra reliability.
Found in the top right corner of Gmail.
Found near the bottom of the page.
Type [email protected] then click “Create filter”.
Optionally also check “Always mark it as important” for extra priority.
Done! Gmail will now always deliver our emails to your inbox.
Look for an email from [email protected].
This trains Gmail’s filter and moves the email to your Inbox.
Find an email from us in the Promotions tab.
Click and drag our email from Promotions directly onto the “Primary” tab.
Gmail will ask to do this for all future messages โ click Yes.
Next to the Reply button in the upper right of the email header.
If this option doesn’t appear, you’ve already added us โ you’re all set!
Gmail Mobile App
For Android and iPhone users of the Gmail app.
Check your Spam or Promotions tab inside the Gmail app.
Tap the โฎ icon at the top right of the open email screen.
All future emails from us will arrive in your Primary inbox tab automatically.
A contact card will pop up at the bottom of the screen.
This tells Gmail you trust this sender.
Yahoo! Mail
Mark as not spam, create a filter, and add us to Contacts.
Yahoo will automatically allow future emails from the same address into your inbox.
Enter Whitelist CTN in the Filter name field.
Select contains, then enter [email protected].

Apple Mail (Mac)
Create a rule to always deliver CTN emails to your inbox.
Click Mail in the top menu bar, then select Settings (macOS Ventura+) or Preferences (older versions).
Type Whitelist: Circlingthenews.com in the description field.
Dropdown: any โ From โ Ends with โ enter @circlingthenews.com
Choose: Move Message โ to mailbox: Inbox
Outlook Mobile App
For Android, iOS, and Windows phone users of the Outlook app.
If our email appears in your “Other” inbox, open it.
Tap the three-dot icon at the top right of the email.
All CTN emails will now arrive in your Focused Inbox.
Outlook 2016 & Office 365
Add us to Safe Senders via Junk E-mail Options.
In the Home tab, click the Junk icon, then select “Junk E-mail Options”.
Type @Circlingthenews.com and click OK.
Outlook.com / Hotmail / MSN / Windows Live
All these services use the same steps.
Located in the top right corner of your inbox.
At the bottom of the Quick Settings panel.
Type circlingthenews.com and press Enter.
Also add [email protected] and press Enter.
Windows Live Mail
Legacy Windows 7 email software.
Found under the Junk e-mail section.
Enter [email protected] and click Add to List.
AOL Webmail
Mark as not spam and add Sue Pascoe to your Contacts.
This restores the email and helps train AOL’s filter.
Name: Sue Pascoe | Email: [email protected]
Comcast Webmail / Xfinity
Mark as not spam and add us to your Address Book.
This will open the edit contact screen.
EarthLink Webmail
Add our domain to your allowed list via Address Book.
Found in the blue Web Mail bar at the top of the screen.
This opens your allowed domains list.
Circlingthenews.com in the text fieldDone! All emails from our domain will now be delivered.
